During Carers Week 2020 we wanted to offer you a selection of ideas for ways that you might take some time for yourself, be it minutes or hours, away from your caring role.
Every day we will post a resource here – a countryside ranger’s talk, a carer’s funny story, a recipe for elderflower fizz and more – for you to explore and enjoy.
