Carers of East Lothian is an independent charity delivering a wide range of support services to meet the needs of adult carers across the county.
Carers can ask for our support directly by a self-referral or a friend, family member or professional working with the carer can refer someone to us.
If you would like support, or you are in contact with someone in a caring role that needs some information, advice and/or support we will happily accept your referral and make contact with the carer. Please complete the referral form below including as many fields as possible.
Please note, while all information we receive will be treated confidentially, information via this on-line form is sent via the internet so we cannot guarantee it’s confidentiality. If you are concerned about this, please telephone our office between 10 am and 4pm to make the referral.
