The third session of our four week online mindfulness course for carers facilitated by experienced practitioner Phil McCrossan. Each session will last around one hour. This course is free for carers.
The course will cover:
- Week 1. Introduction to mindfulness. Being v doing. Mindfulness of the breath.
- Week 2. Body scan. Your thoughts are not you.
- Week 3. Mindful movement meditation. Taking care of yourself.
- Week 4. Sounds and thoughts meditation. Living mindfully.
You will need to commit to attending all four sessions on Tuesday 22nd September, Tuesday 29th September, Tuesday 6th October and Tuesday 13th October.
There will also be a follow up session to ask questions and share learnings on Tuesday 27th October.
The course will be delivered on Zoom. You will need an email address and a device such as a smart phone, tablet, iPad or laptop connected to the internet to participate.
