Mental Health Carer Support Group

The Mental Health Carers group currently runs on the last Tuesday of the month, 5.20-6.45pm at Port Seton Community Centre.  The open is open to new members and new people join and are welcomed every month.  People are notified a week ahead by text of when the group is on and what the theme or speaker will be: it is a mostly an psycho-education group but with opportunities to connect with other carers of people with MH issues.  Carers are asked to let Claire or Rebecca  know if they plan to attend as refreshments are provided.(free)  Please contact claire@coel.org.uk if you are interested in joining this group.  The group is mainly in person although we will try to accommodate if the carer wants to participate online.
