Support in Completing 2022 Census
March 10, 2022 - March 11, 2022
Scotland’s Census is the official count of every person and household in the country every 10 years. The next census will take place in March 2022. It will inform decisions on services that shape our communities, such as healthcare, education and transport, and it also provides a more accurate and up to date figure for the number of carers in Scotland. Census findings are used widely by national and local government and many others – including national and local carers organisations.
Things will look a little different this time around, as March 2022 will be the first digital census. If you would like some help with completing the census questionnaire, Carers of East Lothian are offering one-to-one support sessions for carers in our office at East Lothian Community Hospital, Haddington.
We can work with you to fill the electronic form in, to request a paper form, or to fill in a paper form if you’ve already requested one.
These support sessions will be running on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th March by appointment only. To book a slot, please call us on 0131 665 0135 or email centre@coel.org.uk.
