We will be holding a first aid session for carers, in collaboration with St. Andrew's First Aid. This session is highly recommended for carers as content was highly engaging. Previous attendees gave very positive feedback about the session. First aid topics covered: CPR, Defib use, recovery position, choking, heart attack, strokes, burns.
This support group is open to all unpaid carers who are supporting someone with mental health issues and is held at Port Seton Community Centre. The group is open to new members.
