Linda leads on the development and implementation of strategies, processes and procedures that ensure Carers of East Lothian are offering the highest quality services for carers.
Diane’s focus is on removing barriers for unpaid carers to access advice and support with a specific focus on improving financial wellbeing, tailoring support in a way that meets carers individual needs. Lydia oversees the counselling service, supporting volunteers and managing carer’s journey through the service, alongside holding a small client caseload.
Claire works closely with the CEO to provide strategic oversight and leadership across CoEL’s operational functions. Claire line manages all project staff and leads on the delivery of outcomes within CoEL’s contract with East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership through operational processes and procedures. Claire analyses existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implements organisational development initiatives.
