Gemma leads on and develops communications and engagement for Carers of East Lothian. Gemma leads on a programme of events, workshops and training opportunities for carers. Gemma oversees and supports the Carer’s Panel, CoEL’s lived experience group, established to strengthen the voice of carers locally. Gemma oversees CoEL’s digital presence, including the website, newsletter and social media. Gemma supervises the Volunteer and Training Coordinator.
