4 week introduction to mindfulness and relaxation

A four-week introduction to mindful meditation and relaxation techniques. Suitable for those new to mindfulness or those who would like to return to practice. During the sessions, we will try a range of simple mindfulness and relaxation techniques so by the end of the course, you should be able to practice at home whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed and need to recharge your batteries.
