The Carers Trust, working in partnership with Health Improvement Scotland and NHS researchers, is looking to speak to adult carers who have accessed carer services and/or assessments (Adult Carer Support Plans) in 2022.
They are conducting this research to monitor the implementation of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 and to find out what difference it is making to the lives of unpaid carers.
Carers will be offered a £40 Amazon voucher in return for taking part in an interview with a researcher over the telephone or via video call. Interviews will last up to one hour.
To sign up, carers must have been through an assessment in 2022 by:
- completing an adult carer support plan with social work
- completing an adult carer support plan with CoEL
- accessing another of CoEL’s services
