The 8th to the 14th June 2026 is Carers week
Working together, Carers of East Lothian, East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership and East Lothian Council Young Carers have developed a media toolkit which is designed to make it easy for local organisations, professionals, businesses and community groups to show support for unpaid carers and help make East Lothians communities more carer friendly.
Please use it to:
- Increase your own and others awareness
- Show your support by using the “Proud to support unpaid carers” sticker
- Add to your newsletter with the suggested wording
- Share information and make sure you know where to go for local support
