We are delighted to announce the trial of a monthly free legal clinic for unpaid carers with Solicitors for Older People in Scotland (SOPS). The clinic is open to ALL carers, regardless of age, including parent carers.
The clinic offers carers 30-minute telephone appointments for free legal advice on the following issues:
- Guardianship (Adults with Incapacity)
- Advanced Directives
- Wills
