Doug leads and supervises the team of Carer Support Workers and the Welfare Rights Coordinator. Doug supports the carer support team to manage caseloads effectively and provides guidance on complex cases. Doug triages new referrals as they are received by the organisation.
Stuart provides administrative and finance support to the organisation and works with Louise and Kirsty in the administrative team. Stuart is often the first point of contact for carers and professionals, visiting or contacting the organisation.
Sarah works on wards 5 and 6 of East Lothian Community Hospital.
