We have produced a short summary of the results and our analysis. Click on the following link to open three page report: CoEL Coronavirus Response Survey 2020 – Summary of Results
In particular, we have identified four key areas to address as we continue to develop our services through the pandemic and beyond.
- Carers appreciated receiving a call from us to find out how they were coping.
- Carers were concerned about how they could prove they were an unpaid carer.
- Many carers valued having online options to communicate but not everyone used – or wanted to use – the internet to access information, services and support.
- Carers wanted to have a role in shaping local services
