Starting the day with a motivational quote, and keeping it in mind as the hours go by, may offer you an alternative perspective on your own situation. It may encourage you to seek help or inspire you to try something new. Most of all, we hope it will help you to feel recognised and valued, too. In ordinary and everyday ways, carers do extraordinary things.
