East Lothian Health & Social Care Partnership (ELHSCP) are hosting an event for unpaid carers at John Muir Aplacas Trekking Experience near Dunbar on Friday 18th March 2022.
There are two mini trek sessions, one at 11:30 am and one at 12 noon. Participants have to arrive 30 minutes before their trek is due to start. ELHSCP can help with transport to and from the venue if required. The mini trek sessions will be followed by a light lunch (tea, coffee, filled rolls etc) in the teepee on site.

They only have 30 places available so please book as soon as possible (one place for a carer per household – unfortunately they cannot accept group bookings due to the limited number of places available).
