Carers experience of holiday activities for children with additional support needs

East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership are keen to understand what opportunities are available in East Lothian for young people with additional support needs and their carers to access over holiday periods.

They also what to understand how they can make activities and spaces more accessible.

They are talking to young people, carers and providers of activities to try and build a picture of what they have and how they can make things better.

There is a very short survey to capture carers’ views. Information provided within this survey will be used to inform actions taken over the next few years.

Please follow this link to access the survey.

This survey is open until 17th October.
