East Lothian Rehabilitation Service are reviewing how easy it is to access their services.

At present, a single point of contact telephone service for advice and onward referral if appropriate is offered. Please follow the link below if you would like to complete their survey and support them in shaping their future.

They would like to hear from people who may be interested in being part of a short life working group to assist in guiding them. They are particularly interested to hear from people who are/ who represent:

Non English speakers

Deaf or hard of hearing community

People with dementia, Alzheimer’s or other learning needs with communication difficulties.

Homelessness or other’s who have limited or no phone access

Carers of East Lothian
