Throughout October, we will be offering a FREE mindfulness course for carers. CoEL is a qualified mindfulness instructor. The course will be a four-week introduction to mindful meditation and relaxation techniques.
This group is suitable for people who are brand new to mindfulness or those who would like to return to practice.
During the sessions, we will try a range of simple mindfulness and relaxation techniques. You should find the experience relaxing in itself, and by the end of the course, you should be able to practice at home whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed and need to recharge your batteries.
