Claire works closely with the CEO to provide strategic oversight and leadership across CoEL’s operational functions. Claire line manages all project staff and leads on the delivery of outcomes within CoEL’s contract with East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership through operational processes and procedures. Claire analyses existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implements organisational development initiatives.
Linda leads on the development and implementation of strategies, processes and procedures that ensure Carers of East Lothian are offering the highest quality services for carers.
Kirsty supervises the administration team at Carers of East Lothian. Her role includes strategic and operational responsibilities, and she is part of the management team at CoEL, providing support to the Deputy Chief Executive and the Chief Executive in relation to finance, data management and legal requirements.
Gemma leads on and develops communications and engagement for Carers of East Lothian. Gemma leads on a programme of events, workshops and training opportunities for carers. Lydia oversees the counselling service, supporting volunteers and managing carer’s journey through the service, alongside holding a small client caseload.
Doug leads and supervises the team of Carer Support Workers and the Welfare Rights Coordinator. Doug supports the carer support team to manage caseloads effectively and provides guidance on complex cases. Doug triages new referrals as they are received by the organisation.
Louise provides administrative support to the organisation and works with Stuart and Kirsty in the administrative team. Louise is often the first point of contact for carers and professionals, visiting or contacting the organisation.
