Safely returning to business

We know a lot has changed over the past few months and there is more change to come. To keep you up to date with how we are operating our services following lockdown, we have set out our approach to safely returning to business here: Return to Business

We have aligned our approach with the phases outlined in Scotland’s Route Map published by the Scottish Government.

As we are currently in Phase 3 remote working remains the default position for our staff team. However, we are now able to offer ‘garden visits’ if necessary, where both a carer and staff member are in agreement, and following completion of a risk assessment.

Also in Phase 3, we are able to begin small group work, subject to physical distancing and risk assessments. In keeping with Scottish Government advice, outdoor groups can take place with participants from no more than five households (one staff member and four carers).

If you have any questions or concerns about our safely returning to business approach, please get in touch. As always, you can reach us on 0131 665 0135 or via centre@coel.org.uk.
